When we first moved to Hamburg, Kirsten joined the American Women's Club (AWC). One of the groups she has gotten involved within the club is the Film Reviewer's Group. The Group attends press screenings of movies opening in Hamburg, then writes reviews of them for two publications: Currents (the AWC monthly newsletter) and Hamburg Guide (an English-language publication for tourists visiting Hamburg).
