| For one month in the spring and the
autumn, wine growers throughout the
region attach brooms to the front of
their homes (as above) to indicate that
they're a Besenwirtschaft, a small restaurant where people can taste the new
vintage and eat lunch or dinner featuring typical Swabian dishes. |
