| In
our household, it seems the family member who always likes the Weihnachtsbaum
(Christmas tree) best is Gypsy, who almost blends in with the gifts!

| A
must-do while in Germany for the holidays is to go to a Weihnachtsmarkt
(Christmas market)! We braved the rain and sleet to get in some shopping. |

| We
decided that since we were in Germany, we would adopt the German tradition
of opening gifts on Christmas Eve. Here are Missy and Mom G. just
prior to us diving into the gifts. |

| To
ring in the new year, we had a fabulous 5-course dinner at a lovely
little restaruant called Witthus, which was all decked-out for the
occasion. |
