We
spent our last day in Mallorca in Palma, the capital city and quite
beautiful itself. |
| The
enormous Catedral o la Seu, Palma's best-known landmark. It is in
the Gothic style with elegant columns, three naves, and several tombs. |
| The
huge, gnarled, 500 year old olive tree that sits on the Placa Cort
in front of the Palma Ajuntament, or town hall. |
| One
of the many interesting little stores in Palma. This one sold every
kind of cheese and sausage imaginable! |
| Jim
relaxing at one of the many restaurants located on the Placa Mayor.
The Placa also has many street entertainers and performers. |
